The scheme included the detailed design of a high-end development. Much of the accommodation was provided below ground to maintain the open aspect of the site to the street scene where the Georgian terrace turned 90 degrees to address the perpendicular street.
A small contemporary two-storey extension formed the entrance providing access to the basement accommodation. Further single-storey accommodation to the rear of the plot provided garden access from the kitchen.
