Wratting Croft

The site had consent for the development of 5 properties within the grounds of the existing property at Wratting Croft. FFA were commissioned to add value to the scheme by looking at options to increase house numbers and provide a greater mix of property types. We were successful in securing planning consent for 9 dwellings.

Numerous site constraints such as protected trees and an active badger sett required careful coordination among the consultant team to knit the development and associated access roads and external amenity into the site.
